In the third quarter of 2024, the top air travel apps on iOS in Greece showcased varying trends in downloads, revenue, and weekly active users, according to Sensor Tower data. Here's a closer look at the performance of the leading apps.

Aegean Airlines saw a notable increase in downloads, peaking at approximately 4.5K during the week of August 26. Weekly active users also rose, reaching around 11.9K in the same period. Despite this growth in user engagement, the app did not generate any revenue during the quarter.

Ryanair experienced a steady increase in downloads, reaching about 1.6K in the last week of September. Revenue remained low but consistent, peaking at $3 in the week of September 23. The app's weekly active users, however, saw a gradual decline, starting from 4.8K in early July to approximately 4.3K by the end of the quarter.

The Flightradar24 | Flight Tracker app displayed fluctuating revenue, with a high of approximately $1.3K in the week of August 12. Downloads reached a peak of about 1.6K during the same week, while weekly active users showed a slight upward trend towards the end of September, culminating at around 4.5K.

Wizz Air - Book Flights maintained a steady download rate, peaking at 745 in the last week of September. The app's weekly active users saw a gradual rise, reaching approximately 2.6K by the end of the quarter. Similar to Aegean Airlines, Wizz Air did not generate any revenue during this period.

Lastly, eSky - Cheap Flights & Travel experienced growth in downloads, peaking at about 766 in the week of September 2. Weekly active users increased steadily throughout the quarter, reaching around 1.1K during the same week. Like some of its counterparts, eSky did not record any revenue in Q3.
